The Indians U16's proved too powerful in the recent grand final to run out winners. The entire team played exceptionally well and dominated throughout the game to lead all the way to the end of final innings. It was a pleasure to watch and coach this game, as the starting pitcher, Lorne Browne, set up a solid lead backed up by some great fielding from the team. The closing pitcher, Rory Rohweder, held the lead and ensured we kept our runs coming with some experienced batting. Overall the club was very pleased with the way the team committed everything they had to the game and showed exemplary sportsmanship in victory. Congratulations to you all.
